Analysis Has Reported That Lisbon Metro Is 7th Best In The Europe

Lisbon Metro has been given the status of being the 7th best metro in Europe. The analysis is done by Bounce, which has made a list of countries. This list ranks countries according to people’s experience in that particular metro station.

Analysis Has Ranked Lisbon Metro At 7th Place

The analysis which has ranked the countries has taken several parameters. These parameters include the number of stations for the Metro that has traveled to and the number of passengers that use the Metro on that day. You can check all the parameters that are used to rank these countries according to their position as mentioned below:

  • Number of Stations the Metro provides the Service
  • The Ratings on the Google Review given to that particular metro station
  • Number of passengers that use the Metro service on a daily basis
  • Number of passengers that travel to different European capitals across Europe.

The Bounce considers the Metro as a good means of transport across European cities. It also raised the alarming situation of the Paris Metro which is located in France. It believes that the facilities being provided by the France Metro are not enough to support those with reduced mobility. The Bounce also released its official statement which states:

Metro systems in European capitals are essential for navigating these historic cities, but the quality and accessibility of the facilities vary.

Lisbon Metro Ranks With 5.97 Points

The Lisbon Metro has been ranked seventh place by the list of Bounce. The Portuguese country gained this ranking by attaining 5.97 points. The same ratings were achieved by some other metro stations like Denmark, Copenhagen, Romania, and Bucharest. There are a total of 56 metro stations in the Lisbon Metro that is why Lisbon Metro Ranks 7th in Europe.

The ratings of the Lisbon Metro have been recorded as 15% positive ratings and 22% negative ratings. This country has managed to stand out in this category among the top 10 countries on the list. The official rating from Google is 4.09 points which places it at seventh place among other factors.

Oslo Metro, which is located in the country, of Norway is currently at the first spot on this list. Bounce has published the list where it has awarded the Oslo Metro with an overall rating of 8.06 points. This is enough to grant them the first place. The second place goes to Sofia Metro which is located in Bulgaria. They have gained a rating of 7.64 points. Third place goes to Athens Metro which has taken 7.29 points to secure their spot in the list.

The other countries that follow this list of rankings are the Madrid Metro which has taken about 6.74 points. It is followed by the Warsaw Metro with 6.60 points and the London Metro with around 6.04 points. The list is followed by the Prague Metro which has a total rating of 5.83 points. The Lisbon Metro will hopefully make more impact in the future years. Government of Portugal is continuously looking forward to work on the transportation system within the country. It is aimed that Lisbon Metro will have more number of better reviews on Google in a few years. There are many facilities being planned for the citizens of Portugal to be used within the Lisbon Metro.
