Gonzalo Ramos Will Undergo Surgery For Left Ankle
The PSG striker will soon have surgery on his left ankle. This may take him 3 months to come back and play football for his club. The French league, League 1 has started their season this weekend. Although Étienne Youte Kinkoue received a yellow card for such a rash challenge, the injury seemed much worse. Gonzalo Ramos was forced to leave the pitch where he was looked after by the medical team. All this happened in the first match of the season. It is estimated that Gonzalo will be out for about 3 months. He may also have to undergo surgery on his left ankle.
PSG seems to be weak right now with most of their stars either left or are injured. The injury of Gonzalo has further weakened the French side. This is because of their star player, Kylian Mbappé who also left the club to join the Spanish club, Real Madrid. It is evident that the forward is a key figure for the club. He also assisted the opening goal for his club when he found Lee Kang, who slotted the ball into the net. It took PSG only 3 minutes to appear on the score sheet. This was due to the quick thinking of Gonzalo Ramos.
It was later observed on social media that Gonzalo Ramos left the pitch on crutches. The Portuguese forward was seen leaving the Stade Oceane stadium (home of Le Havre) with a brace on his foot. His left foot was covered entirely with a brace to protect it from further harm.
