Imovirtual has released some statistics which indicate that average rental house prices in Lisbon are 1,940 Euros per month. This average price of a house is recorded during the month of November. For those citizens who are looking to buy a house, they have to pay an average price of 764,500 Euros. The rental price of €1,940 marks an increase of 5% compared with last month. Whereas the purchase price of €764,500 marks an increase of 2% in house cost compared with the month of October.
