Portuguese city Albufeira will be hosting a Halloween-themed haunted night from 31 October. This celebration is part of the Halloween celebrations within the country. It will include many fun activities like music, entertainment, painting, dancing, and much more during haunted night Halloween celebrations Albufeira.
Halloween Celebrations In Albufeira
The celebrations in Albufeira will start at 8 pm on 31 October. Many citizens including children are very excited about this event. People have already bought their costumes for Halloween. This Haunted night celebration is currently the talk of the town. The main attraction for this event is the performance by some young people from Associação Soul. These young people are part of a dance group in Albufeira who have promised to entertain the crowd with their unique way of dancing. Their performance will surely mesmerize the crowd, and it will surely do justice to the theme of the event as well.

Halloween Celebrations in the Albufeira city also include the ‘Spooky Run’ as always. This run is part of this event which is conducted every year when this event is celebrated. This special Halloween event is organized by Clube Desportivo das Areias de S. João. It is also supported by the Albufeira City Council and the Caminhadas ao Luar group. The Spooky Run will have two routes in the Albufeira festival where athletes will run for the race. One route is 7 kilometers and the other is 4 kilometers. The athletes will choose either of the routes for the race before competing during haunted night Halloween celebrations Albufeira.

The Mayor of Albufeira, José Carlos Rolo has stated that Halloween is celebrated with much excitement in this city. He knows that the Halloween celebration is not part of the Portuguese culture but the citizens of Albufeira city are very excited for this event. This event also offers a lot of street food which will have traditional Portuguese food as well as some international food. The mayor also told the media that this festival brings lots of revenue to the city. He believes that this helps the city a great deal, especially in a low tourist season. He stated:
Although it is not a Portuguese tradition, Halloween in Albufeira is already considered a landmark event and an added value for the local economy during the low tourist season.
This festival also holds some very exciting activities like face painting and dancing. It will also hold a music night where DJ Sunlize will perform.
